Staff were nice. However, we wasted expensive gas and over an hour drive in traffic and hour waiting time. Whoever saw my wife told her they didn't want to step on the toes of the other person that did the work on my wife's dentures. She needed an adjustment, but couldn't get that person to actually help her. That speaks volumes as to the customer service and quality of work in this place. We will NEVER come here again or recommend it to anyone.

My visit to the dental office was to have a tooth extracted. From the time I entered I was greeted very quickly within a few minutes I was called to the back in room number four, the assistance cam in and a few short time the dentist came in we discussed some plans about other dental work I need. I didn’t like to go to the dentist everyone before hurt me, he was so calm and took his time I didn’t feel the needle the extraction didn’t take long. I am so impressed with this company and its staff. YES I WILL REFERE PEOPLE TO YOU!!!

I hoped I would finally be able to eat and smile, but NO! Instead I spent THOUSANDS and I'm worse off than when I went to this place. The only time i saw the dentist was my first visit when he reviewed the different price brackets. I got the most expensive option because it was important to me. I can't wear the top or bottom dentures and i can't eat with them. They're both only PAINFUL. When I tried over and over and over to get help, they gave me minimal help or support and did nothing but make excuses. Why should they care. They got their money. I have nothing. It's bad enough when you can't eat and can't smile, but then you try to get help, spend all your money and you're left lower and worse off than you were to start with and you've lost thousands of dollars on top of it all! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Seriously the best ever. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed, and it was the smoothest process with the nicest people. I felt extremely comfortable with what was going on, and the surgeon explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. The front desk was amazing and super nice. Ms. LaWanda is amazing! Thank you all so much for everything.

My experience with this office started with a reminder call…whoever I spoke with was very sweet. You can hear it in her voice that she enjoyed what she does. She sold me from the start. I drove a hour away to come to this clinic (although they couldn’t help with my problem and I left a little sad) I also had a great experience. I walked in and the front patient reps. We’re very friendly, happy, and helpful at 8AM in the morning. That made me feel calm with the process. They got me checked in and I was in the back quick. I love how they tell you what to do in every step. My dental assistant was Julia and she was very helpful taking notes and listening to my problem. From the x-ray exam to the room to wait on the doctor. The doctor stepped in the room and he was phenomenal Dr. Bienia was an overall great doctor. I’ve been to two different locations about my wisdom tooth and he was the first to actually get to the bottom of my problem and not just brush me off. I felt like Hod sent me here for a reason and I greatly appreciate his help, and all the information he helped inform me about. Thank you guys and I NEVER leave reviews but this place needed one because everyone was working to
